      $45.00 – Level 4P & 6             ***After September 25, your entry must accompany a $25

      $35.00 – Level 4P & 6 Team         late fee and an approval from the competition committee. 

Only Official Texas USAG Entry Forms Accepted with attached USAG Club Roster.

(You must download this form from the USAG web site and attach it to your entry!)

Meet Schedule: Will be posted on www.txusag.com by October 3, 2009.  Please tell your parents not to call the    gym. No information concerning the schedule will be given out ahead of time.

  • All ads or “Best Wishes” requests must be received with payment in full by October 2, 2009, to guarantee that they will be in the program.  Ad proofs will be provided upon request.  Ads will not be accepted after Oct. 2, 2009.
  • Submit electronic, camera-ready art, sized to desired specifications (preferred); CD; or Zip or Thumb drive containing electronic file, sized to desired specifications (JPEG, GIF or PDF only).
  • Submit ad/“Best Wishes” message, laid out and sized as above for scanning, or send electronically.
