Payments are due by the eighth (8th) of the month. Early Bird Discount Pay your tuition by the 8th of the month and receive a $10 per child discount. Referral Policy If you refer a friend to N.E.G. please ask them to tell the office when signing up and you will receive, in the mail, a coupon worth $10 off your next month's tuition. Make-Up Policy There are no refunds for missed classes or holiday closings. Our classes are based on a yearly calendar. Holidays and months with extra weeks are included in the calendar. If you miss a class other than a holiday closed day in any month, please call the office to sign up for a make-up. The make-up class is held on the first Saturday of each month at 12:00p.m. Only one make-up class is allowed per month. Holidays We are closed for most of the main holidays, examples include: -

We will put up notices around the gym and in newsletters passed out to your child at the first of each month. Please remember there are no make-ups for holiday closing. |
