NEG Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Friday, May 14, 2010 @ Barton Creek Country Club

Fazio Foothills  & Crenshaw Cliffs Courses

What is the event for:

The proceeds go to help support the Athletes of the National Elite Gymnastics Team, one of the top teams in the state.  Your contribution will help fund their competitions, Travel expenses, and Equipment - helping them reach their dreams.

About The Golf Event:

1.   The Courses:

          Course #1: The Fazio Foothills

          Course #2: The Crenshaw Cliffs

2.   Golf Outing Format:

1:30 Tee Off on Both Courses

The Scramble

a.    Each player takes their shot – the best shot is ‘selected’ by the team – all other players retrieve their balls and hit from the location of the ‘selected shot’ – this continues until the hole is completed – the process starts over again on the next hole.

b.   The total amount of ‘selected shots’ is the team’s score for the hole.

                                              i.     Allows all players to be involved!

ii.     Note: each player must have at least 2 of their tee shots ‘selected’.

c.    If teams enter as a foursome you will stay as a foursome.

d.   For individual or twosomes we will create teams quasi-randomly taking into account ‘experience level’ for FAIR teams

e.    Lowest team score is winner – prizes will be awarded to members of the top 5 teams.

f.    Mulligans May be Purchased ($5) for the front 9 and back 9 the day of the tournament.
