To better acquaint you with our program, we have listed some general information as well as guidelines when participating in classes. Please review these with you child(ren) to ensure that you and your athlete understand what is expected of them. General Information: 1. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 12:00pm. (Summer hours may vary). If you have any questions or concerns, please see our office manager. 2. Classes are schedule for 55 minutes. a. They begin on the hour and finish 5 minutes before the hour. b. For safety reasons, we ask that you drop off and pick up your child(ren) as close to class time as possible. This also helps with the traffic flow in and out of the gym. c. For Recreational classes, if a child arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will not be allowed to attend class that day as it is highly disruptive. d. For Preschool classes, if the child arrives more than 10 minutes late, they will not be allowed to attend class that day. 3. Tuition: a. Payments are due by the eighth (8th) of the month. You may mail your payment in if you feel you will not make it to the gym on time. b. There is a $10 discount if we receive your payment before or on the eighth day. 4. Missed Classes a. NO REFUNDS - for missed classes. And we do not prorate months that have closings due to holidays. b. On make-up class per child per month is allowed. c. Generally - we try to hold make-up classes on the first Saturday of the following month. You must reserve a spot for your child for make-ups. d. Power tumbling classes are made up during the week where available. Call the office to schedule time for your power tumbler. Overall Rules & Guidelines: 1. No gum, food or drinks are allowed in the gym area. 2. No jewelry during class time. (Stud earrings are allowed) 3. Hair must be pulled back away from the face. 4. Remove shoes before getting on the mats. 5. What to wear to class: a. Leotards or unitards should be worn if possible b. If t-shirts are worn they need to be tucked in. c. Shorts must be free of buckles, snaps, and zippers. 6. Students must have a coach present in order to work on the equipment. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN INJURY. 7. Parents observing class, must stay in the viewing area. And any children not enrolled in a class at that time should also remain in the seating area. PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GYM UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ASKED BY YOUR CHILD'S COACH. 8. No children are allowed in the preschool room without a coach. |
