4:30 p.m.         Inside Play / Arts & Crafts / Playground

6:30 p.m.         Parent Pick Up

Is field trip day!  Please note that you need to arrive for all field trips by the times indicated on page 2, and that we will return by 4:00 pm except where noted.  All campers must wear their camp T-shirt given upon enrollment.  If you forget, you will need to purchase one for $10.00.  Specific sizes may not be available for lost shirts or late camp enrollment.

Weekly Tuition Rates & Wednesday Field Trips:

Single Day Rate:  $65.00 per child   * Extra fees will apply for Wednesday field trips.
There is a 10% discount for siblings.  If you pay 5 or more weeks in full, we will take an additional 5% off your camp tuition.

Fees & Deposits:

Registration Fee:  $30.00 per child (Includes camp t-shirt)  

Camp Deposits:  There is a  $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per week  required to hold your spot.  This deposit will be applied to your weekly camp tuition.    Camp deposits and registration fees are due when you sign up for camp.   You may make changes to your selected weeks prior to May 28th.  However, any changes made after May 28th will incur a $10.00 fee per occurrence.  If you cancel or are absent any weeks after June 1st, your deposits and registration fees will be forfeited.

Sibling Discount:  There is a 10% discount for siblings.  Also,  if you pay in full for 5 or more weeks we will take an additional 5% off your camp tuition.

Weekly Tuition Payment Deadline:   Your weekly tuition is due by the Thursday before you attend camp each week.

Camp Guidelines & Information:

All camp staff members are certified in CPR, first aid, and water safety.

Water bottles are required every day! 

Please put sunscreen on your child prior to arrival at NEG. We will provide and reapply sunscreen before going to the pool. You are more than welcome to send your own sunscreen with your child and we will apply it. 

Please put your camper’s name on EVERYTHING! NEG and/or coaches are not responsible for lost items.

Snack is provided once daily. One snack per child is what is provided. You are welcome and encouraged to pack extra snacks if needed for your child.  No sodas, candy, or gum  are allowed at NEG Summer Sports Camp.

Please be sure to pack a sack lunch every day for your child, with the exception of some field trips. Microwave ovens will  NOT  be available for warming lunches.

Earliest drop off is 7:30 a.m. and your child/children must be picked up by 6:30 p.m. Please note there is a late pick-up fee of $1 per minute after 6:30 p.m. Payment for late pick-up is required upon arrival.

NEG’s sports camp has been designed to encourage physical activity through sports lessons and exercise. Each camper is expected to participate in all scheduled activities. In the event of illness or injury, a request can be made for an optional form of activity. We strongly discourage children from “sitting out” because they don’t want to do the current activity. We ask that you help us with these participation reminders.

Please ensure your child is in proper shoes for the sports hour. Flip flops are okay to wear while at the gym, but we do require them to have running/athletic shoes while playing sports. We cannot allow the campers to go barefoot while on the field.

Camp schedule and field trips are subject to change due to weather.

All campers are divided into age groups for activities, and by skill level for swimming and gymnastics. We understand there are times your siblings may want to stay together, but we cannot group children out of the proper age range for Licensing and staffing purposes.

        Age Groups:
       • 5-6 years Red Cubs
       • 7-9 years Black Jaguars
       • 10-12 year White Tigers

        Swim Levels:
        1.     Red – Very beginner swimmer; 2 ft to 3 ½ ft swimming area
        2.     Yellow – Good swimmer; 2 ft to 5 ½ ft swimming area (Swim Test is required)
        3.     Green/Blue – Advanced swimmer; 2 ft to 12 ft swimming and diving area
               (Swim Test is Required)

        Gymnastics Levels are based off of USA Gymnastics determination of levels using specific skills on each apparatus.
